Materials

The body of the molds is made of anodized aluminum to ensure a clean cut of the pastry. The central plate, thanks to a spring mechanism, is designed to evenly press the filling and obtain a perfect hemisphere.

Colors

Marcato stencils are available in Champagne color; the color is achieved through an anodic oxidation process.

The woods

The handles of the molds are made of solid Canadian Walnut wood, with a natural wax finish and laser engraving. They have an ergomonic shape that makes the handle stable and easier to use.

The spring-loaded ejection mechanism made of anodized aluminum is designed to press the filling evenly and achieve a perfect hemisphere. The special finish is made by PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition), a process that deposits a thin metal film above the chrome, providing a spectacular aesthetic effect and surface hardening. It also provides high surface wear resistance to protect our health. The finish-reinforced cut evenly compresses the two dough sheets together, seals them and cuts even with minimal hand pressure. The handles of the stencils are made of solid wood, with a natural wax finish and laser engraving. -Ergonomic shape of the handle makes it easy to use.

For thousands of years, cereals and cereal products have been among the most valuable foodstuffs for humans. The cereal grain contains almost all the nutrients and dietary substances important for human nutrition.

Flakes, Flakes and Beer Malt Marga Mulino is the only machine with which both flakes and cereal flour can be prepared in minutes.

Marga Mulino is a small kitchen mill, capable of grinding grain and cereal flour and obtaining flour, flakes and malt for beer. It can be used for both soft grains such as Oats, Barley, Rye, Soft Wheat, and hard grains such as Spelt, Kamut, Rice and Buckwheat.

Marga Mulino works by means of three rollers rotating at different speeds.

The distance between the rollers, determined by a regulator, defines the type of processing to be carried out:

position 5 to 6, to obtain cereal flour,

positions 1 to 4 to obtain cereal flakes with different finishes.

It can be used manually but can be equipped with the PastaDrive electric motor accessory to be ordered separately.

The distance between the rollers can be set via the 6-position regulator: position 0 (shown in red) to obtain cereal flour; positions 1 to 3 (and intermediate positions) to obtain cereal flakes of different finish.

Fresh flakes are obtained by crushing the cereal seeds, while freshly obtained flakes are prepared by passing them between the rollers: making pasta, bread or biscuits with home-milled flour, rather than a breakfast with fresh cereals, will let you discover the genuine taste of home-made things.

Marga Mulino is the only product that allows you to consume fresh flakes at breakfast: this processing, carried out just before consumption, completely preserves the properties of the cereal and guarantees the complete assimilation of all its nutritional properties. -What can be ground? Materials

The body of the stamps is made of aluminium to guarantee a clean cut of the pasta sheet. The spring-operated ejection mechanism is designed to evenly press the filling and obtain a perfect hemisphere.

Colours

Marcato’s cutters are available in a Champagne colour, this is obtained through an anodic oxidation process.

Wood types

The handles of the cutters are made of Canaletto Walnut solid wood, with a natural wax finish and laser engraving. They have an ergonomic shape that makes the handle stable and easy to use.

Smooth round cutters anolini ravioli cutters with smooth edges 50mm diameter.

The spring-loaded ejection mechanism in anodised aluminium is designed to press the filling evenly and achieve a perfect hemisphere.

The special finish is made by PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition), a process that deposits a thin metal film on top of the chrome, guaranteeing a spectacular aesthetic effect and hardening of the surface. It also guarantees a high resistance to surface wear to protect our health. The finish-reinforced cut evenly compresses the two dough sheets together, seals them and cuts even with minimal hand pressure. The handles of the moulds are made of solid wood, with a natural wax finish and laser engraving.

The Kydex scabbard has a Kydex belt loop that allows you to switch between normal belt carry and scout carry, right or left handed, with ease.
