Fine or coarse - that is the question here? When food is grated, it is usually needs to be grated either very finely or finely. With the new double blade grater, both blade variants are always at hand.

Product Details.

Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm soapy water. Prolonged soaking is not recommended.  

Brush well, especially cavities, with butter or release spray (preferably one containing flour) before each use.

Do not use regular cooking spray.  

Fill the mold no more than 3/4 full to prevent overflow.  Metal utensils, abrasive sponges and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces. N.B. Die casting, a technique by which Nordic Ware molds are made, may create slight irregularities on the surface of the mold that, under no circumstances, will alter the perfect functionality of the mold.
