The Amphibian is a true Marfione classic dating back over 20 years. It comes from a bygone era when Microtech knives could be both automatic and manual--in one. Here we have the manual version that incorporates Tony's RAM-LOK design with a reversible pocket clip and two thumb studs for a fully ambidextrous knife that sacrifices nothing in any way. With the stainless steel Icebar cooling rod from the AdHoc brand, drinks of all kinds, especially wine, can be cooled in the bottle without watering it down. The Icebar cooling rod seals the bottle practically airtight and clean and thus prevents further aeration of the wine. This ensures longer taste and freshness.
