The Amphibian is a true Marfione classic dating back over 20 years. It comes from a bygone era when Microtech knives could be both automatic and manual--in one. Here we have the manual version that incorporates Tony's RAM-LOK design with a reversible pocket clip and two thumb studs for a fully ambidextrous knife that sacrifices nothing in any way. Fine or coarse - that is the question here? When food is grated, it is usually needs to be grated either very finely or finely. With the new double blade grater, both blade variants are always at hand.
