The Amphibian is a true Marfione classic dating back over 20 years. It comes from a bygone era when Microtech knives could be both automatic and manual--in one. Spice mill using the cerastar ceramic article allows for optimal grinding results. The ad-hoc pepper grinders are all equipped with a self-locking safety screw for adjusting the thickness of the grinder.
